Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange only NO Refunds!!!!!

We accept exchanges only within 7 days of customer receiving their order. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange. 

Before the exchanged item can be shipped we must inspect item being exchanged. Request for exchanges can only be submitted through our contact us form. When shipping an item for an exchange we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We encourage all our customers to get tracking number or package, insurance and signature confirmation. 

ALL RETURNS must include the item(s), return label and packaging slip.
